I got full YouTube working on my Q via Pocket IE and it's really easy to do

All it requires is a certain version of TCPMP and a "Flash Video Bundle".

Edit: Hey guys, there's an update to the article addressing the issues you guys have been talking about. Just use the regular link above to get to it. The updated information will make it so that you can access regular YouTube again via your Windows Mobile Phone.
