 Moto Q not booting - Shows "Windows Mobile" screen | |
Hi all,
My moto Q device stopped booting completely and now stops at the bule Windows Mobile screen and I am not able to see the Windows homepage.
I am unable to switch it off also and I have to remove & re-insert the battery to make it boot again, and again it stops at the same blue screen of windows mobile.
Is there any way we can make it work? The device is very critical for me. Any way I can 're-flash' it? Or something like that... Pls advice. It is highly urgent for me.
