Welcome to the forums. First, I'm going to move this thread to one of the Q 9m forums because you have one of the newer models. Perhaps one of the others with a Q 9m will have some better ideas. In the meantime:
- Have you read through: http://www.hellomotoq.com/forums/ver...e-sync-pc.html?
- Plenty of people use the Q without an Exchange server.
- I don't think so.
- You should see it once you get a mail account set up. If you're not setting it up to send/receive over the internet then I believe you should see it once you have it syncing with your laptop.
