I would like to tell you that...
the same happen to me the other day, i was listening some music when my phone just crash and when it was booting up it stop on the windows mobile screen but what i did was going to verizon store and they told me that my phone was dead, but you can try a master reset by keeping the main button, the one in the middle while the phone is booting up, if that do not work. well try going to the verizon store, they might give you a new phone with the new firmware which works really great!!
