idk if this has been said already but if it helps any Q9H user.... there's a ringtone issue with this version and the problem ist the ringtone file size limit... but instead of shrinking it try this worked for me...!

I found the registry key to edit the file size limit for ringtones. I was looking for this, as I have ringtones that are over the default size
Key:---\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds
Value Name--FileSizeLimit
Value data---307200
change to 900000
from
