Windows Mobile 6.1 will be a free upgrade to Windows Mobile 6 but I don't think Jesse is talking about Windows Mobile. I think Jesse is asking about Microsoft Office.
There is a
free upgrade to Microsoft Office 6.1 but you need to already have Microsoft Office 6 installed. Windows Mobile 6 Standard did not come with Microsoft Office Mobile 6.
I believe that the Q9m came with Datavis' Documents To Go. The latest version of Documents To Go can open Office 2007 documents but the upgrade may be just as expensive as buying Microsoft Office 6.
