Why in the world does IE do this? Memory issue

A bit on the longer side...

What am I talking about? When you open IE mobile and go to a web page.Ok...the page loaded 465 kb of data and it's done.Click on 1 link that takes you to another web page and that one shows it loaded 512 kb of data.Ok Now I go to open WordToGo so I can write something down. Before I open that...I check Task Manager to see what's running and how much RAM "memory" its using.WTF....it's showing 41 mb of memroy used and the only things thats running is MMS and IE.I go to open WordToGo and it takes a few seconds.I go to IE to get the info I wanted to write down and...wtf..IE closed..ok.

So now that I took a few extra minutes to write down what I'm doing and in every detail. Why is IE gobbling up 12 mb for a couple 512 kb web pages? Sometimes I can be browsing the web and hit 10 different pages.Go check the memory and IE is only using about 4 mb.But a lot of the time I cant keep the browser open to write down a specific setting or web url.OOM kills it before I can get WTG open.Now..this is not cache Im talking about. Its the current RAM in use by a running program.I know many of you out there have this same issue.Perhaps its why you use a different browser.But..certain pages only open properly in IE...

Is there any way to fix this? Anyone know if MS has any plans for an IE mobile update?
