Regarding your email question. Telus has "Business Inbox" that you can add to your account for free. You can get a telus.net email address or you can set up a POP3 or gmail account or whatever (not hotmail though). The business inbox is similar to the Blackberry server. It will check for emails and when you have one it will push it through instead of you having to connect and send/receive only to find out you don't have any emails and that counts as data usage!
You have to install the Business Inbox program on your phone. You can download it from your phone businessinbox.telusmobility.com/ota You have to actually set up an email first though to be able to download it. businessinbox.telusmobility.com
You also have to call and have Business Inbox Personal added to your account. It's free. If you want the telus.net email address you have to do this through mytelusmobility.com they will give you a messed up number and letter combination, you then sign in and set up an alias like
my.name@telus.net.
