Thought Q9M had virus - strange file "enrollnot.exe" running

Earlier today I went to check something on my Q9M and noticed the homescreen was all messed up.Instead of my usual background picture,he background was solid white and there was some kind of error about homescreen settings.Something to do with the current color scheme.Basically it wasnt showing my shortcuts and all the colors were totally messed up.Well after I spent a good 5 minutes re-adjusting everything,I go to task manager and notice there is an executable running I've never seen before. The file was called "enrollnot.exe".I go in there all the time and know everything that has shown up.Not associated with any of the programs I run. Also there were 2 copies of "tmail.exe" running at the same time.

Now this had nmme worried. It looked like some kind of trojan backdoor. So I checked the web and came across several sites that noted this but none of them sounded like my situation.Primarily because these sites refer to things such as Facade ...and Gmail.I dont use either of those.I dont even know what Facade does nor have I ever downloaded it.

Does anyone know what this enrollnot.exe file is for? Or what could possibly have gone wrong with the phone?
