Anyone who text messages someone while driving is a crazy lunatic.You might as well be because texting is like having alcohol in your system.maybe worse.You look down to find letters or backspace.Checking the display.You know,I did that ONCE.And it's the last time.It was stupid.And it's scary.It was just a "yes" response but long enough for someone to slam on their brakes in front of me.But I see people texting on their phones while driving all the time down here.Mostly teenagers.ugh...talk about asking for a wreck..

I agree in a way about using hands-free sets.But even while on those,your a lot more distracted than you think.Your paying attention to the conversation at hand and allthough you're seeing the road,your brain is mostly focused on the call.You miss road signs..or your turn.It's a wonder they havn't put a ban on smoking while driving.Try having the hots of a cigarette fall on your lap somewhere.hah
