If it doesn't recognize the 4GB MiniSD card now, a software update is NOT going to fix it. The link you provided was for a SanDisk 4GB SDHC microSD card. One, the Q uses MiniSD cards, not microSD cards. Two, it will not read an SDHC card. The hardware is not compatible and no software update can change that. Sounds like someone was doing some major talking out the arse to get you to buy that card, which is useless to you. |
