Most holsters will not work with the skin attached. Personally I wouold avoid the rubber holsters and go for something more durable. I recommend a hard-rubberized plastic case like this one:
This allows be to hang the Q from my belt loop. It stays close to my body so that it doesn't look like I have an extra appendage sticking out of my side. IMO this is the perfect case solution for the Q and the one I use 99% of the time.
Oh forgot to mention.. if you still want a rubber skin/holster solution, you want a ToughSkin. The ToughSkin holster is designed to work with the ToughSkin.
