No, the USB port on the Q cannot be used for headsets.

That shows how much the store reps know about the Q. Mine came with that set of headphones and I have been going nuts trying to figure out how to make them work with it..... Hmmm... Wonder why they came with my Q and can't be used with it?

Yeah, I figured I had to be doing something wrong... but there in the user manual it does state the Q doesn't support USB headphones.

Took the manual and the headset to the local sprint store and they were shocked they didn't work.

Still waiting to hear from a "manager" as to whether they will swap them for some other style or possibly *holds breath* a bluetooth headset.
