So since the Mobi DuoCharger didn't work I decided to check if anyone has tried the VersaCharger Pro, I'm considering that one next. Also does it work with the Sync cable that came with the Q, fine print says you need to order one of their cables.
Since BoxWave is our sponser they graciously gave us a VersaCharger Pro to test out. I actually lost the sync cable that came with my Moto Q but I simply replaced it with a generic USB-A to 5-pin mini USB. With this cable the VersaCharger Pro charges my Q as well as syncs to my computer.
BoxWave had a very similar product to the DuoCharger some time ago called the VersaCharger, now they carry the VersaCharger Pro which has a higher power output. Since I've had it it's been working great and I would definitely recommend it.
