Flash Player & pop up blockers - Motorola Q

Hello there, just bought a q last week and i want to know how i can install a flash player that actually works and how do i disable my pop up blocker. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Flash Player:

The only Flash Player that Adobe makes for Windows Mobile Smartphone is Flash Lite. It's been my experience that Flash Lite only works on websites designed for Windows Mobile. Browsing to a website that was not (example: Newegg.com - Buy Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!) gives you an ugly error message.

With that said there is some sort of Flash player that some users have been using to watch You Tube with varied results.

Pop-up Blocker:

Pocket Internet Explorer doesn't support having more than one window open hence no pop-ups.
