First time Q user. When I sync with the computer it connects and shows check marks on all areas. It then says I have an error code 0x85010014. I then cant open the calender, contacts or any other folder on the computer to edit them. Any thoughts?
There is a program in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 12 (or Office 10 or 11 depending on your version) called scanpst (or pstscan I can't remember). Close Outlook and use the program to scan C:\Documents and Settings\(your user name)\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.
