Unhappy "Please press 1 for English or 2 for French" Moto Q cannot select, why?

Has anyone noticed that whenever you call a business and it has a answering machine service that you cannot select the numbers being asked to use???

Because of this, I cannot do the following:
  1. Access my bank information (when they ask u 4 ur #, I can't dial it in).
  2. Cannot check train schedule (when they ask which city to select)
  3. Etc...
I thought I did it once before... Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I even wen to see Bell Mobility and they couldn't help me!

Start -> Settings -> More -> More -> Phone Settings -> DTMF

Change to Long
