I assume you're asking about AT&T Xpress Mail. It looks like Xpress Mail is not just for mail but also for over the internet sync with your Calendar and Contacts.
I set up three different e-mail accounts on my Q using Messaging. I noticed the Xpress mail application... and didn't understand the difference or advantage of using Xpress over Messaging to set up these accounts.
