It worked before but is now not working ... I get an error message that says "activesync cannot connect to the windows powered device. to troubleshoot the problem click ok"
I click ok its starts a troubleshoot scan and everything seems ok ... then i get vpn client blocking ... whats a vpn client ???
I am not very techno-gifted ... any help would be awesome
VPN is short for Virtual Private Network. A client is a program for accessing something (for example, Outlook is an e-mail client). Have you changed your internet connection settings on your phone?
to kryer and mtg1974 ... thanks for your help ... i unistalled the activesync 4.2 from my old q and reinstalled the active sync 4.5 (a cd in my new moto) and everything is working fine ... sorry if it seemed like i paniced lol
