I encountered a problem with ActiveSync on my MotoQ Windows Mobile 6. The note states 'ActiveSync encountered problem on the desktop. Support Code:86000108.
The result is I am not sync'ing with Outlook. Has any one encountered theis problem? And how did you fix it?
The error indicates that an item either on your device or in your Outlook is corrupt. Start by un-checking E-mail, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks in ActiveSync settings. Check each category and sync one at a time.
