2 ways you can do that. You can use Activesync and then browse device. Find the files, then drag them to a folder on your PC.

Second , you can remove your memory card and insert it into a card reader on your PC. Copy the files from the card onto a folder within the PC.

What do you mean it wont download videos from your phone to the pc?

Are the videos saved somewhere on the phone in your My Documents folder? All you would have to do as COPS said is to sync the phone, navigate to the My Documents folder on your phone and drag them to your PC desktop or wherever on your PC.

So do you want your videos from your phone on your pc? Do what the-cops said but in reverse.

I did sync, they are there but it wont let me open them. It keeps asking me if I want to open or save this file and I click open and the same message pops up again. What am I doing wrong? Sorry, I am stupid when it comes to this stuff.

The Q when connect to the PC doesn't act like a thumb drive, you can't watch videos or open other files while they are on the phone. Click on the file in the explorer window and drag it to your PC desktop and open it from there.
