Sync problem

Since I upgraded Office 2007 this week
I cannot sync my Q, even if it says that it is sync nothing is happening in contacts, calendar

Any clues out there

Welcome to the forums!

Though I've never had trouble with my Outlook 2007 others have reported having to uncheck and re-check Calendar and Contacts in ActiveSync a couple of times before everything syncs.

Do you have the latest version of ActiveSync on your PC?

I do not even show contacts or calendars in files to sync

Mobile Sync is a different program than ActiveSync. I know Mobile Sync comes with the Verizon Q. It doesn't come with the Sprint Q so I'm afraid I can't help with that. Sorry.
