Good Messaging Freezing The Phone-Help! - Motorola Q

After I installed Good Messaging on the 9c, the phone freezes when Good is in the "locked mode". The phone freezes completly, I have to take out the battery and put it back in, that gets annoying after a while.

Any help would be great, Thanks!

Make sure you have the latest firmware for your phone.

Backup your stuff before you upgrade because it will perform a hard reset.

Thanks for the info. When I connected the phone when updating the firmware, Motorola said I had the latest firmware.

Well it was worth a try. I don't do Good so I don't know what else to try.

I use palringo. It works for all chat programs, example: AIM,ICQ,MSN, etc. And I think the picture and voice send option is pretty cool. I have the 9c also.
