OK I have never synced my moto q9c with my main outlook account but I am wanting to sync just the email addresses so that it will add the email address to the current contacts on my phone. Is that possible or will it just insert duplicate entries? Any ideas??
If you want the addresses only, you want to sync with your Contacts, not with your email. Just make sure all the email addresses you want added to your phone are in your Outlook's contacts.
Yes it will duplicate your entries. I had my old cell phone numbers transfered over to my MotoQ and then sync'd my PDA info. It created duplicates, but it was easy to delete in outlook after the sync.
