I have another weather application for you guys to test out. It’s WeatherBug Direct I am talking about and it’s a freeware app which will run on your Windows Mobile smartphone. If it seems familiar, you should know it arrived at version 2.2.0.3 already which is already available for download.
The application will deliver live, local forecasts on your home screen and all that comes for free. You have fast and easy access to WeatherBug’s mobile website for more detailed weather conditions. Customize it to show you your favorite cities or your next destination in your itinerary.
Instructions:
Download CAB file to your phone and run to install. You can customize it in your home screen settings by changing the color scheme and Background Image but the Home Screen Layout has to remain on "WeatherBug" in order for it to work.
it ran just fine for me and i recently done a master reset on my moto q and got the same thing i ran a google search on the message and came up with a download from microsoft for windows 5.0 devices im going to try that and will repost if this fixes it
