*Prerequisites:* WeatherBug Direct Plug-in. Get it free here. Make sure you install it to your device, NOT your storage card. *Installation:* Download HarmonyBlue.cab to your PC. Copy HarmonyBlue.cab to your phone. Browse to HarmonyBlue.cab using File Manager. Highlight HarmonyBlue.cab and press the center select button. Follow the on-screen instructions. *Applying the theme:* Press Start then Settings. Press Home Screen. Set Home screen Layout to Harmony Blue, Color scheme to Default and Background image to Default. Press Done and return to your home screen.
