My Q is dead.
RIP Q.
It tries to boot and it won't get past the blue Windows Mobile screen.
Sprint said that the phone is history.
They want to give me a new Q, but I don't want to risk this happening again.
I lost all of my apps, plus many hours of my time and money.
Thanks to all here for your help and suggestions.
It was fun while it lasted.
