homescreens & themes

I have downloaded many homescreens and themes but got no instructions on how to instsall them. I have figured out where to put the backgrounds, but where should I copy the xml files and the .png files? Any help would be appreciated.

Put the .xml file in Application Data\Home on the Q. The PNG files are usually just screenshots and don't need to be put on the Q.
