FREE GMobileSync released - sync your Windows Mobile phone with Google Calendar

Now available with two-way syncing! Google Mail is the most popular free email service and it includes also calendaring ability. Since Windows Mobile phones are designed to synchronize calendar events only with Microsoft Exchange, utilities that enable synchronization with Google Calendar were very useful, but not free. This one however is 100% free!

Ever wanted an application that synchronizes your Google Calendar with the Pocket Outlook Calendar on your device. There are commercial programs that do it. I've been using GMobileSync for 2 years now, and it's a wonderful product and keeps getting better!

Ran wonderful on my Axim x50 (WM 5). Haven't tried it yet on my Q9h...Don't think it works with WM 6

Can you sync multiple Google Calendars? So far, I have been using OggSync because each Google Calendar is a category on the Q. That lets me add an event on the Q and pick which Google Calendar it goes in by putting it in the appropriate category. I haven't found any sync program to do this.

as of now, it only syncs with the primary calendar. they are working on getting multiple categories/calendars with version 2.0 i believe, but that has no ETA.

After doing a little testing...GMoblieSync version 1.2 Syncs with my Q 9h running WM 6. I've encountered errors with versions 1.3 and 1.3.5.

I actually ended up deleting all my calendar events for over a year....luckily I had a back up.

I will do some more testing with the later versions with the 2 way sync.
