Moto Q10 On The Horizon?

Although there are rumors and hints EVERYWHERE telling us that Motorola is done with their handset business. Well, if this is true, maybe it'll take Moto back on the map and gives us new toys and enslaves others to this forums

Motorola is rumored, again, that they have some new shiny new toys that is about to be ready for the market. It might reveal itself at the CTIA. Several sources has pointed that out (Unwired, WMExperts, EverythingQ... etc) that Motorola is planning to announce the new brother for all Q's, the Q10.

There's a video from Youtube that we can see here. It's very dramatic and good build up. Except it said nothing about the device. Just a quick peak at the pictures. Go to any of the sites I mentioned, they have pictures for you to look at.

If this is true, maybe there'll be more people going from whatever Q we have to the new Q10. I won't be surprised if that'll leave some dent in the poll on who's number 1. I'm sure that it won't make Moto go back there right away, but it'll get there. It could be good. Now, hire the right marketing person. I'll be available for the job if you're reading this, Mr. Greg Brown

Anyway, these are some of the specs that the guys at EverythingQ say it has:
  • Running Windows Mobile 6.1, offering major improvements to GUI
  • Answer/Hang-up are now dedicated hard buttons
  • Keyboard is now higher on the device, leaving space between the bottom of the device and the keyboard itself
  • Email and Web buttons are no longer dedicated buttons. The left and right menu buttons now take up much less space and they are also hard buttons. Overall, it's much more efficient use of space.
  • Looks to support HSDPA, so look for AT&T or possibly even T-Mobile to carry here in the US
  • Date of image shows September, 2007, so it's quite possible the actual device that releases has some differences.
  • The size of the device is unknown, but perhaps Moto has gone smaller with form factor that would rival RIM's popular Curve design.
Moto Q10. True or not, I'm welcoming any new handset from you, Moto!

how much are you selling it for?

I do miss the touchscreen a lot of times. I'm just glad you're not crossing to the Apple's side
