Microsoft Voice Command for Smartphones!

For all you smartphone users who wish you could use Microsoft's Voice Command software, your wait may be coming to an end!

According to Tech[dot]Blog, Voice Command 1.6 for Windows Mobile 5 is rumored to be coming soon, and it even provides native support for Bluetooth headsets!

I personally use Voice Command on my Pocket PC and I must it's one of the most useful apps available - it allows you to dial numbers, start programs - even announce upcoming appointments and events, all via your voice!

Check out the Microsoft site for flash and video demos of the current version of Voice Command.

Stay tuned to HelloMotoQ for the latest updates on this exciting development!

Question to ALL Q and Q9 (C/H/M) users....

Is there a program that allows my phone to announce calls by number or name? I don't want something cheesy or self-recorded. My old Sanyo 8300 phone was able to announce callers phone numbers or their names if they were in my phone book. Is there something like that for the Q9? I've searched, but all I can find is cheesy celebrity voices that give generic messages. My second phone, a Sanyo Katana XL announces incoming calls...is there something like that for the Q9?

Microsoft Voice Command won't do it. I know because I tried it. I'll keep an eye on this thread because I'm interested too.
