Need Help! WMP 11

Hello all,

I have a Moto Q9h from At&t.
When I got it, setup was fine, everything worked as it should.
A few days ago, I hooked it up to my home pc and Active Sync worked fine, however, Windows Media Player 11 didn't.
I have tried everything from formatting the Storage Card again, to Master Reset.
I've tried different settings in the USB tab. Nothing works.
Can anyone help me please?

thanx

You click on the Sync tab in WMP and there are no devices to sync with?

That is correct. a few times, wmp 11 will see the device for about 1 sec, and then its gone. Also, my mp3 player is now having the same issue.
*note* I was installing itunes and it stopped responding after about 20 mins. so I cancelled it.
that is when I noticed problems in wmp 11.
I even went as far as doing a system restore, but that didnt help either.
what is odd is, WINDOWS XP does see the devices, it just wmp 11 that doesn't, which leads me to believe it has something to do with that bad install of itunes.
ALSO, my brother has his own profile on this computer. EVERYTHING works fine over there.

Is there anyway to remove all configuration settings for wmp (or reset wmp?) I tried to install wmp11 over the current, but that didn't help.

THanx for your help...
