Q9h playing through Speakerphone instead of bluetooth device...help!!!

that's right, but it didn't start off this way. At first, with the first bt headset I tried, paired just fine and was listening, no problems, didn't keep headset and deleted the profile, but now, trying some Moto RKRS S9 and WM will only play through the speakerphone, not the headset, but shows paired both BT stereo and handfree, now please, not a novice so having pair either or both won't help. Is there an actual setting I"m missing??? Thanks.

S9 works fine with mine. Sounds great. Pauses "Playback" on incoming call; goes to "mono" when Voicedial is initiated (one button from headset) and then pauses playback on connection.

Phone goes to "Speakerphone" when S9 is powered "off", or goes to headset when S9 is powered "on".

Suggest you delete all profiles, and then re-pair your S9. Make sure you have a good charge on your S9 - charge until LED is GREEN. Should flash slow BLUE when connected to your Q.

Already solved problem

Indeed, it was a setup issue, the bluetooth advanced setting needed to be added to "play default audio when bluetooth device connected" and it wasn't selected at the time.
