you know the problem of entering letters using the alfanummeric keyboard in applications like TomTom or Smartphonenotes?
Keys WER-SDF-XCV-0 (which are for both letter and numbers) are not mapped properly with that applications so you cannot just use it, the result will be wrong characters or entered numbers, in case of TOMTOM - no entry.
so guys with the q9h there is a possibility to switch that mapping by holding the "CONTACTS"-button for a while until it beeps. Then the mapping is correct, you can use entering adresses in TOMTOM as well as proper Smartphonenotes entries.
With the newest firmware R2W.61.1.A EMEA this function is no longer available. Have anobody figured out how to make the mapping to be usable?
