q9h batteries not charging to 100%

Both batteries on my q9h aren't charging to 100% (per PKTools Lite and SP Battery Meter). Moto battery icon indicates completely charged but add-ins state only 80%. My seems ok but would like to utilize all of battery. Should I return this phone or not worry about this??
This occurs with normal and extended battery.

If both pktools and sp battery meter state both batteries only charge to 80% i would guess the both software were written for windows mobile 5 or ealier , if this is the cse then it could be that both programs/plugins are not running correctly within windows mobile 6

ive noticed that different plugins show battery meters in certain intervals. the one that i have, not sure which it is, only shows in intervals of 10's. so once it falls bellow 100%, say 98%, it will show up as 90%. the other plugin, used in my smarttool kit program, shows in intervals of 20. like right now, my power management settings shows about 90% but the smarttool kit plugin shows 80%. to see your exact battery status go to phone settings > power management.

same issue with new batteries

Went to At&T store yesterday evening & got new batteries. After charging overnight, the extended battery showed 100% briefly and then dropped to 80%. Perhaps I'll need to get a better battery monitor. In the meantime, I can live with this as battery life has been good so far.
