Smile Replace screen/lens help

I scratched the screen on my moto q9h. Is there anyway to replace the screen woithout doing an entire new casing? Also does anyone recommend a good place to get screen protectors?

E-bay for screen protectors. Try polishing out the screen scratches with MAAS polish if you can find it, usually big box DIY stores have it. Little MAAS and a q-tip (haha) and polish in the direction of the scratches. Amazing stuff, took most big scratches out of one of my GPS screens.

Holy crap....Someone besides myself who knows about MAAS .That polish is the bomb! If only I could get my hands on more of it.I've been using MAAS for 10 years.I used to get it at Home Depot and about 4 other places. Now none of those places carry it anymore.

I know this is an older post but I have a suggestion.Use a dab ammount of MAAS.After buffing with that, use 3M rubbing compound.MAAS will leave hazy buff marks in the plastic.Use the 3M to buff it to crystal clear new again. If it's a deeper scratch, get the finest sandpaper you can find.2000 grit at most auto stores (3000 grit at PPG paints).Wet sand the spot until you can no longer see or feel the scratch.Make sure you keep the area wet.Remember this is a delicate plastic so dont sand it too much. Then buff with 3M rubbing compound.

I do a lot of metal, plastic and paint finishing.Have done it for years.I've restored headlamps, flashlight lenses, lcd screen covers and automotive gauge pod lenses...etc etc.Any Q's....just ask.
