Can't find intshrgui.exe after factory reset

Anyone have any ideas? I can't find it in the Windows directory. I did the factory reset (E + Z while powering on).

Use ActiveSync Explorer and uncheck hidden/system files... it should be there.

Or just install this CAB, it will create a shortcut automatically for you in the Start Menu.
