Just got my qool q 9h 4 days ago and I was loving it. I was trying to play some music and my WMP wouldnt work. I then tried to restart it and it froze on the verizon start screen. Ive tried removing the battery and such with no results. I have seen one master reset comment on here about holding the center select key when starting up and waiting for a prompt to reset but that did not work either. Any other options out there.
Im pushing z+e and then powering on and releasing the power button and waiting about 30 secs. Ive also done the same with the center select button. Its a q 9m.
I don't know what to tell you. I don't have a Q9 so I can't try it myself. You're still in your first 30 days so you can take it back and get another one for free.
