Can anyone tell me why my #4 button stopped working and how i can get it to work again...
i called motorola and they said do a master reset.... didn't work
then they told me that i can send it to them for warranty but they would have it for 2 weeks.... ughhhhhh....
can anyone help....

It sounds like it is stuck. Motorola is probably your only hope. You could try taking it apart and cleaning it but if you break it Moto may not help you.
I had a Q with stuck keys. I have insurance with Sprint so I took it back. The repair guy tried to fix it and he broke the display.
Never had "stuck" keys.I had a case of the " * " star key not working temporarily.I would hit Function,then * and it wouldn't do anything.It would type "A" + all letters and all other Function characters.Only after I repeated the function process 10 or 20 times did it work again.This happened several times a day untill I had to master reset due to the slowdown problem.

That's pretty bad when the tech person breaks something trying to fix another problem.
