Im trying to backup my contact list before a master reset. but I cant find it on my pc. Pictures and notes was no problem, but what does my contact list look like?
Update:
I couldnt find the contacts folder but making Microsoft Outlook my default email browser and using activesync backed it all up.
Master reset didnt delete my contacts anyway. I still cant use my Storage card slot.
I am trying to synch my contacts in outlook 97 with my 9Qh. Each time I synch it fails to load and I get a message support code 85010014. I gather this means that Outlook 97 is incompatible with Mobile 6. Any suggestions around this other than buying a newer version of Outlook.
