Anyone know how to clear the cache on the 9h? Ive looked through the user manual and cant see it anywhere.
I have a user that everytime they open an excel attachment they get an old, unrelated sheet open. Only thing i cna think of is a caching problem, could it be something else?

On WM 6.1, click on left soft button, Start, All Programs, and then find System Tools. In the System Tools folder, you will find Memory Manager. Click on Menu and you can Clear Temporary Files and Clear Memory. This should, hopefully, take care of the problem
