This is a long story but I'll try and be brief. Some of my Q's buttons stopped working like 2 months ago, unfortunately one of those was the "*" key, and I had my phone on key lock, so I couldn't use it at all. So yesterday I used an older phone I had to hack into the Q via bluetooth and press the "*" button through my other phone, so it was fixed... welll to a degree. Then I naively believed that if I master rested the phone, that I would be able to use those keys again. But instead I was wrong, and now my Q can't get past the Windows Mobile setup screen, becasue you have to press "next", which is the right soft key, which is broken on my phone. So I need to know if there is a way to turn on the phone's bluetooth without going into the phone fully, or I need to know if there is a way to byopass the whole setup menu. I need my phone to work, I love it, please help!!!
