When you go into the registry, what key folders are in the "Wavedevice" key folder? You said in an earlier post that Basegains didn't exist. So what I would like to know is what other folders are in there? I can't help you out unless I can get some kind of idea of what keys and folders exist on the Q9H.
ok first off in HKLM/SOFTWARE/MOTOROLA/BPCTRLR/WAVEDEV there is +add value+ and dll . in HKLM/DRIVERS/BUILTIN there are over 30 folders and the changeble things are busIoctl, busname, dll, flags, Iclass, and interfacetype. in HKCU/CONTROLPANEL/SOUNDCATEGORY there are only folders and thoes folders are alarm , alarm2 attenuation, callstart, incall , incall2 ,notification , reminder ,ring , ringpreview, sdpunlock, and system.
What registry editor are you using and is your phone unlocked? I have to look around for this one.I know that in the WaveDev folder, there are -BaseGains -InCallAudioGains - External - Internal and one other folder I think called -GainTable.Those folders and keys all exist on Q - Q9M and Q9C.The Q9H seems to have a different chipset in it which may explain why you cant see anything in there.Let me look around. In the meantime keep checking back here.Maybe someone knows a bit more about this
my phone is unlocked and i am using total commander (a registry editor support on the phone) i think you are right in that the folders are different than other q's
