I've had my Q9m for about two weeks now. I can't download my backup assistant phone contact files from my online account.
There is no "get it now" in this phone so I'm assuming it works through VZAccess Manager. But whenever I try to install the program, I get booted out and my laptop reboots.
Any ideas on how to get my phone numbers onto my Q?
VZ access manager is a program desingned to create a bridge between your pc and phone and basically turns the phone into a wireless broadband modem. The only way would be to put your contacts in outlook and sync or in the phone and sync to backup w/ outlook as the person above mentioned.
