Just bought the Moto Q M9. I had the silver Moto Q before this one. What is disturbing me is that sometimes the backlit keys don't light up when I roll the wheel or press a key on my new Moto Q M9. My first q would light up instantly when I touched anything on the key board or the wheel. Is anyone else having this problem?
I did have a problem with the keys (9Qm)and took it to the store for advice. They replaced the phone thank God cause I had in less than thirty days in their records. LOL. A sensor is supposed to determine if its needed but basically its should be on when you press a key.
Do you have the 'smart backlight' turned to Enable? This sometimes makes the backlit keys not light for me...
You can find this setting in Settings -> Power Management
Hope this helps.
