I got my Moto Q 9m for Christmas and I love it. The only problem is, whenever I try to log in to V CAST, a popup comes up and says, "Connection Error - Login error. Ensure you have the correct login information and try again." And the V CAST screen says, "Connect Error - Request timeout. Please try again." And this happens every time. I haven't been able to log into V CAST once even though I have it on my PC. I wouldn't really mind, except that the first popup pops up all the time - even when I'm not trying to log in to V CAST. Does this happen to anyone else, and can someone try to help me figure this out? Thanks!
)vcast has to be installed from the cd that came with it or from verizon's support website. if you already did this and its still not working iwould recommend calling v their support or going into a store
one thing I forgot to mention is that you need to have full network broadband EVDO access. in other words that 'EV' icon needs to be showing. if I am in an area where I have 1x or otherwise displayed it won't work. some internet sites won't work or will be very slow as well
