Icons in TitleBar of Window Mobile 6.0

I have a Moto Q M9. There are icons in the titlebar of windows mobile 6.0 like the bluetooth icon, the voice mail icon, etc. On my old LG Envy there was a chart in settings that showed each system icon and labeled it so you would know what it means. I have been on Microsoft's site, Verizon's site and many Q sites but there does not seem to be a chart that explains what these icons represent. There is no explaination for them in my manual. Does anyone know where the icon explanations can be found?

There is one icon I don't see on that site-- it is a little target looking icon that is next to my EV icon. Can you tell me what that is?

It means that you can be located by a 911 operator.
