I've had the Moto Q 9m for less than a month and i've had to hard reset it 3 times, maybe 4. I'll be using it, then go to use it 30 min later and it won't let me pull up the contacts, or text messages, or sometimes none of the applications won't work. I'll try to turn if off and turn it back on, but once I turn it off it won't get past the Verizon loading screen. Does anyone know why this keeps happening. Thanks
