Hi. I tried loading a bunch of my old videos onto my Q9M and it seems like the phone doesn't have enough power to play 3G2 video without hiccuping every few seconds.
I checked to make sure I didn't have any other background apps open too.
I also noticed that my Q9M does not like playing certain *.wmv files. Windows Media Player will start to open and then it will sit with 0 seconds elapsed.
Yes..the problem is Media Player.It isn't optimised all that well for portable devices.Other problems I get and you may also...Start playing a .3g2 video recorded off your phone ..and then a few seconds after playing smoothly the video suddenly stops moving while the audio continues to play.It turns a video into several still images with sound and an occasional few seconds of smooth video.Sometimes here and there it plays the whole thing fine with no pauses.I'd be happy to find another video program that handles 3g2 files.TCPMP plays them but doesn't handle .qcp audio
