How do we adjust ringer volume ?

How do we adjust ringer volume before a call comes in and also for speaker phone?

Start / Settings / Profiles highlight the desired profile, press Menu / Edit. Under Ring Volume use nav keys to adjust volume....

Is it possiblke to have it ring AND vibrate? I often carry it in my pockets and sometimes, even with the volume turned up to "loud" can't hear it.

goto profile, edit the profile (say normal) select Ringtype and choose Vibrate and Ring
